Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 is an American actress from America. After her debut on film in 1983's Bad Boys she became known as a member of the Brat Pack group of actors. She was also in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy earned an Independent Spirit Award Best Female Actress for her part in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy's is both an American actress, and author. She started her career in film through the crime film Bad Boys in the early 1980s. She received a lot of praise. Rick Rosenthal was the director of this film, where other actors were equally prominent, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. Her role was featured as a character in The Breakfast Club in 1985 which was a comedic drama which followed her first success. John Hughes's film The Breakfast Club is considered as one of the best high school films. Although the film's budget was only $1 million the film's profits were more than $50 million. At the same time, she began to appear on various TV shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first appearance on television. In April of 1980, the show began to air. It was aimed at teens. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues are other TV shows where she appeared. Her most recent appearances are Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie that tells the story of a hero, in which Sheedy appears as a guest. Sheedy for her amazing performances has been awarded numerous times, including her MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in the year 2005.
