Alexandra Cooper is the daughter of Bryan Cooper (born August 21, 94) as well as Laurie Cooper. Her father played hockey who played at the University of Wisconsin. Her athleticism was noticed by the coaches of Boston University, who offered her a sports scholarship. Cooper took the offer and played for Boston University's Division-1 Women's soccer team during her four-year degree. During her senior season she played captain co-captain. Cooper helped lead the team to 4 M.C.T. The team was crowned Prep A all four seasons and won M.C.T. As a junior, she was also named for the All-Prep and All-Area First teams. Cooper had many talents and talents, however sports were only one. When she was in college Cooper was fascinated by media and the entertainment business. It was then that she made the decision to enter the field. She earned her diploma in film and television at Boston University.
